Paweł has several years of experience in management consulting and finance management. Prior to establishing Gekko advisoryNOW he had been working at KPMG & PwC. His areas of expertise cover management accounting, cost allocation models, reporting and optimisation of financial processes.

He is an experienced manager seasoned by a number of projects implemented for Polish and international companies. He successfully managed complex strategic, optimisation or restructuring projects. He designed management accounting systems, cost allocation models, financial models and innovation management systems.

Pawel is an author of publications on controlling and finance management. He also worked as trainer, workshops moderator and designer of business games & simulations.

He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (MA in strategic management). In 2008 he became a member of  Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
